Early Reviews of Medical Business Management

As Allied Health Professional and Sole Trader it is nerve racking attempting to establish my own counselling business in a world that is completely foreign to me. Now, having read Medical Business Management I am a more confident in relation to the future direction of my business and what it is required to run a successful business. This book provides you with the guide to navigate around the potential pitfalls: what to be mindful of and the strategies and tips to avoid them.

I believe that this book is a must have for all people and organisations regardless of what industry or background you come from, and especially for those who are considering, attempting or already have an established business in place.
I highly recommend this book.
